    Our business model relies on being able to deliver oil and petroleum products consistently, safely and responsibly. We maintain a short chain of command to facilitate efficient decision-making, secure advantages in the interest of our Partners and Clients.

    COMMODITIES WE TRADE
    The main product we trade is Crude Oil, Petrolium products and raw materials, from our related sources (such as suppliers and traders), sell and resale either as raw commodity to our customers or refine to the benefit of end-users. We further have crude oil trading specialist in our staff with first-hand knowledge and expertise in the markets, maintain long term relationships with supplying sources and buyers, and they are actively involved in developing projects, related to existing and new crude oil flow and other products.

    TEAM WORK
    Our trading presence is underpinned by a complementary infrastructure: refining, storage, distribution and a marketing network. In all our physical operations we seek to work with partners which share our commitment to high international standards of operation. The infrastructure upon which we rely, from ships to jetties storage, is subject to our due diligence processes. As physical traders, we gain first-hand experience of economic fundamentals as they play out on the ground.

    Every day, our trading team deal in oil markets. Their main goal is to meet the Company’s needs by maximizing the value of our sales and deliveries to our customers under the best market conditions and importing/exporting products to match supply to demand in local markets. Our sales team has extensive experience in the oil and oil products business, built on enduring customer relationships. Our reputation for delivering results reliably and over the long-term is a hard-earned asset, underpinning the confidence shown by those who rely on us.


    SHIP CHARTERING

    We handle the chartering of vessels on an international basis. We specialized in the carriage of oils and raw materials on a worldwide basis, but we are also experienced in dry bulk cargoes.

    Close working relationship with a number of ship owners and charters gives us real insight into the maritime industry. We interpret trends and see opportunities for our clients and partners, and advise them accurately to maximize profits or minimize expenses. We provide quick, up-to-date information, enabling them make quicker, easier, wiser decisions.

    We efficiently negotiates the Charter Parties maritime contracts, reaching a fair agreement with shipowners, at the best conditions for both parties, while paying constant attention to the direction of the global tanker market.

    Chartering solutions are provided through a system of voyage charters, period charters or contracts of affreightment.

    We combine various cargoes on a given route, ensuring very competitive rates, and we take care of division calculation and ensuring segregation of various grades.

    We establish strong relationships with our clients, on the long run, based on trust and satisfaction with our services.


    SHIPPING OPERATIONS & POST FIXTURE

    Once ships are fixed by our chartering department, our operations division takes the shipping process over, coordinating the day-to-day operational activities of voyage, on a 24/7 basis and with superb attention to details.

    We support the operation activities to the highest standards, mitigating risks and maintaining constant relationships between ship owners and charterers, improving their profits by maximizing voyage returns and reducing costs. We constantly liaise with the vessels and ports to ensure smooth voyage and time charter operations. We keep compliance with agreed party terms, handle any claims and party disputes, negotiate Port disbursement accounts and issue invoices and hire statements. We take care of all demurrage calculations.

    TECHNICAL MANAGEMENT

    UNIUM MARITRADE - F.Z.E has experience in technical management of Dry bulk vessels and Tankers.
    All staff members have many years of experience as ships officers or engineers.
    We are keeping the technical condition of the ships at the highest level by continuous Monitoring and Controlling.
    We carefully carry out planning and fulfill of dry dockings and repairs while adhering to the agreed budgets.

    Our aim is to maximize the vessel’s operation efficiency throughout her life-cycle and the quality of our technical management services is reflected in the sustained optimal performance of our vessels. The service delivery is underpinned by a rigorous approach to safety, security and environmental protection that constantly meets customers’ expectations while ensuring effective and efficient compliance with prevailing statutory and regulatory requirements.
